  • Basement Waterproofing

If you’re a homeowner experiencing water infiltration problems in your home or basement, foundation cracks, bowing walls, indoor air quality concerns, or exterior drainage issues, Quality Waterproofing can help.

"A decision you are making for the life of your home"

Waterproofing is more than just a one-time decision where you pick a contractor or basement waterproofing company to resolve your problem at the lowest price. It is a decision you are making for the life of your home, and with Quality Waterproofing the warranty lasts for the lifetime of the residence. It is important that you pick a company with the ability to not only do the job right but also one with a historical track record and staying power to stand behind the work so that if there is ever an issue down the road, they will still be around and able to fix it. You need basement waterproofing experts.

  • Crawl Space Encapsulation

Crawl space encapsulation is the process of sealing your crawl space off from the outside elements. Historically, an open crawl space was used to prevent moisture from gathering in the area. Some people would even utilize a basement waterproofing style system to divert the water. Over the years, experts have found the best way to actually accomplish this is to completely seal it off from the outside.

Quality Waterproofing achieves this through the use of a highly durable product known as a vapor barrier. The vapor barrier is a thick, insulated, woven fabric that is sandwiched between waterproof polypropylene. The barrier is installed on the walls and floors of your crawl space and will prevent any unwanted moisture from entering your home

The benefits of a sealed crawl space are:

  • Improve indoor air quality
  • Increase the energy efficiency of the home
  • Prevent pipes from freezing in the winter
  • Add storage space to the home
  • Keep floors warmer in the winter
  • Increase the life of the foundation

The installation process is simple. First, we clean out the crawl space of any obstructions and items that may be there already. Next, we will install the vapor barrier to the walls of the foundation around the perimeter of the crawl space. Then, we install the vapor barrier on the floor of the crawl space and seal any gaps where it meets the walls. Finally, we install an insulated door at the entrance to the crawl space.

  • Sump Pumps

Quality Waterproofing provides professionally designed and installed basement waterproofing systems. One of the most important parts of these systems is the sump pump. The sump pump is the piece of equipment that actually removes the water from your home and keeps the basement dry. We exclusively use professional-grade pumps from Blue Angel. We've seen these pumps outperform other brands in both pumping action and the lifetime of the pump.

Sump pumps come in different sizes and horsepower ratings depending on the application. Our team will be sure you've got the ideally sized and powered pump for your basement and waterproofing system. We will also use a custom sump bucket to meet the specific needs of your home to ensure everything will work correctly when it needs to.

  • Exterior Water Prevention

Sometimes, the best way to prevent water from infiltrating your home is to resolve the issue from the outside so you are not relying on a basement waterproofing system. After removing the perimeter dirt around the exterior foundation wall, Quality Waterproofing's Exterior Water Prevention system includes thoroughly cleaning the foundation of all debris, and then evenly applying a sprayed on polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane to the concrete wall, forming a flexible, water-tight barrier hidden below the grade of your yard. Next, we install an integral exterior drain tile system that is covered in clean rock and connected to the sump bucket to pump the water outside and away from your home.

  • Air Quality

Quality Waterproofing knows the importance of clean and sanitary air, and we excel at providing indoor air quality improvements. A good dehumidifier is an integral part of any basement waterproofing or crawl space encapsulation system. That’s why we are an exclusive distributor of the revolutionary EZ Breathe System, a replacement for conventional dehumidifying systems. The EZ Breathe system is equivalent to seven dehumidifiers. We want you to breathe easy knowing that the air in your home is pure and clean.
