From the moment Matt came to my door until he left he was professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He wore his mask and covered his shoes with paper booties respecting both me and my home. I'd seriously give him a 10 star out of 5 if that's possible!! This was the third company I had come to check my basement crawl space for mold. He was the only one who went under the crawl space to check it out. He also took photographs and showed them to me and assured me there was no mold. He also was able to inform me that everything down there was in good shape. What a relief! This is an honest company and will not sell you something you do not need. Matt went over and above my expectations. I totally recommend him 100%.
