Although my problem didn’t fall within the scope of their service, Todd was very helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. And knowing that time, fuel, and knowledge all have value, Todd would not accept any payment - he simply said that being paid for not solving my problem wouldn’t be right. I might add that he was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. Based on this experience I highly recommend them. This is the kind of company we all want to do business with!
